Welcome to my little space on the Web. I am a busy mom to three little boys Shay is turning 9, Jay is 5, and little A is 18 months. I am busy.. we are always on the go, Hockey, skating, Power skating, We love it. I love being active with my kids and including them in the activities I do. There comes times where as a mom you must put yourself first and I struggle with making myself a priority. I have had an ongoing battle with the bulge for the past 6 years... The last year I have been doing something about it.
In January of 2010, My weight was at 210lbs... I had a moment and was no longer going to adjust my life to make it ok to be 210lbs. I told someone the number on the scale, I blogged about it the secret was out of the bag. I had to do something, I had to change my life. Within 6 months I was weighing in at 165lbs. 45lb loss.. but then I fell back into my own ways. for the next few months I was more relaxed with what I was eating although my activity level was high my diet was suffering and the weight started to stick around.
My current weight today is 183lbs. My ideal weight is 150lbs and I can do it.
