Weigh in Wednesday

Wednesday will be the day I do my weigh in, measurement's, photos and plan for the week. My starting weight is...... 183.4lbs. Measurement's as follows
Chest 40
Waist 41
Hips 44

And bringing up the REAR.... I really am shocked at the size of my Ass seriously its that big... who new!!
PLAN OF ACTION
Nutrition wise, I am planning on continuing to eat Clean.. basically eating things with only one or a few ingredients.. Also need to eat 6 times a day, and journal my food. DRINK WATER.. I somehow forget about water I need to drink it up!!!
Activity. I plan to do weight training 4 times a week and cardio 4 times a week. Cardio will consist of two ZUMBA classes and Two Boot camp classes. I want to keep Busy... also want to get out with Aiden Walking everyday weather permitting ( they are forecasting a snow storm ).
Mini Goal... I will like to see 179 on the scale within 2 weeks..
Long Term Goal.. I would like to see 150 on the scale in the next 10 -12 weeks
