Write it Down
Food Journal, write down everything you eat..easy...right? My food Journal has been going great, I eat it I write it down. I have to be honest and say I have been at a crossroads a few times, questioning if I really need to write down what was eaten in a weak moment. I have been very honest this time around and have been writing every ounce of food I have consumed. I am human I will have struggles, and I want to learn from my struggles. I know there are changes in my nutrition that I have to change, Tweak or possibly replace with something else. Having everything down on paper gives me the power to go through and see whats worked or what needs to be changed.
