Helpful Kitchen Tools in My Kitchen

I want to share a few items in my kitchen that I have found very helpful in my weight loss journey.. The first on my list... My blender, I use the blender for making my smoothies.. They are a great idea when your a busy mom on the go and you need to make sure you are eating regularly every 3 hours during the day. Breakfast is a busy time in my house and smoothies are a popular choice ...



Second on the list my food scale, I am trying to portion all my servings, and I have a distorted sense of what a portion is. This scale comes in handy when I am portioning my lean protein.
Reusable containers.. love these, I am able to do alot of my food prep, portion out serving sizes and they are a big big help in my kitchen.


Measuring cups... I am all about portions everything from lean meat, to cereal everything is portion control... A definite saver in my kitchen

  1. My favorite thing is my measuring cups. I need to try and make smoothies but haven't found the magical touch. They are always really bland.

  2. I rely on my food scale, measuring cups, the internet (for conversions between package measurement and my food scale measurement), and the calorie Counter app on my phone which helps me track my calories in and out :-)
