Slacker

Ummm I feel like such a slacker!!! It has been 3 weeks since my last post... I am a little disappointed with my commitment to blogging, I can come up with a thousand excuses as to why... but who am I kidding, I want to make the time to blog, I want to track my struggles, achievements, highs,and lows of my weight loss journey!!!

Let me start with my weight and measurements and get it out of the way, not very impressed with how I have been doing, I need to focus more on Nutrition.

Here goes!!!!

Weight 179 lbs
Chest 38
Waist 36
Hips 42

Not soo bad, but not soo good!!.

Here are my goals for this comming week

I want to weight train 3 times this week, I want to attend 2 cardio classes, I want to do two outdoor activities with my family, I want to focus on Nutrition and eat with no margin for error for 7 days , I want to Journal my food.

I want to get to a point where i don't have to constantly think about weight loss, I want it to be a part of my life.

  1. I have to admit it's been hard blogging for me too!! I don't know what to say but don't want to not post. Good luck with your goals this week. Just keep at it!! I need to start making goals and start including exercise. Not looking forward to that!! :)
